Breedings & Waitlist
At Bystander Farm, we plan each breeding with care, focusing on structure, dairy character, temperament, and long‑term herd improvement. Our goal is to produce healthy, well‑balanced Mini Nubian and Nigerian Dwarf kids with excellent conformation and sweet, people‑oriented personalities. We breed seasonally to ensure our does have adequate recovery time and to maintain consistent milk production throughout the year.
Planned Breedings 2026–2027 Season
Pairings will be announced once does are confirmed for the upcoming breeding cycle. Each planned pairing will include:
- Doe × Buck
- Expected Kidding Window
- Notes on goals for the cross
This section will be updated as breedings are finalized.
Waitlist Information
We maintain a waitlist for upcoming kids. Joining the waitlist ensures you are contacted in order when kids become available.
How the Waitlist Works
- No deposit is required to join the waitlist.
- When kids are born, we contact waitlisted families in order of interest.
- You may choose from available kids or pass and remain on the list for future litters.
- Deposits are only required once you select a specific kid.
What to Expect
- Kids are typically ready to leave at 8–12 weeks of age.
- All kids are disbudded (if applicable), vaccinated, and well‑socialized.
- Nigerian Dwarf and Mini Nubian kids are sold with appropriate paperwork.
- Bottle babies may be available depending on the season.
If we do not currently have the goat you’re looking for, we maintain close relationships with several trusted local farms and are happy to assist you in finding the right caprine companion through our network.
To join the waitlist, please contact us directly. We are happy to help match you with the right kid for your home or breeding program.
