Our animals are the rockstars

About our small farm
Our little farm began with a box of day old chicks from Tractor Supply Company and has grown so much over the past few years. We have a variety of breeds of chickens for laying and we keep one Americauna rooster to watch over them. Our egg baskets look like it’s easter every day.
We are pretty excited about adding Pilgrim Geese to our flock in May 2025.

Our goat dairy is small but productive and is comprised of Nigerian Dwarf goats and Mini-Nubian goats. These breeds are smaller than many of the standard dairy breeds but give excellent milk. We belong to the American Dairy Goat Association and the Miniature Dairy Goat Association.
The apiary features Italian bees and has been a wonderful addition to growing efforts. We have an assortment of fruit and nut trees, berry bushes and year round vegetable gardens.
Our blog shares personal stories, animal husbandry tips, recipes and more.
By opening our doors and sharing our knowledge, we can inspire others to embrace sustainable practices and appreciate the value of locally-sourced products.
Together, we can cultivate a culture of sharing, learning, and growth that benefits everyone.
