This Facebook group is a must join if you are working with bees. Exposing Scams and Fraud in Beekeeping has a master list of profile names and companies that are known scammers.
For some reason, Beekeeping groups are full of scammers offering everything from queens to equipment, but mostly live bees in the form of nucs for sale. I never usually trust anyone online, but to my great shame I fell for one of these scams in a very reputable local group and lost more than $100 on a deposit.
